Choose an application
Open the application store on the television and search for the player documented for your service. The current Falcon guide describes ORA Player for compatible LG and Samsung televisions. Availability can vary by model and store region.
Add the account details
Open the installed application and enter the username, password, and Host, Domain, or Server value supplied with your subscription. Use the exact details from your account message rather than copying a value from an unrelated service.
Test the television connection
Confirm that the television has a stable connection. If lists load slowly or playback is inconsistent, restart the television and router, compare wired Ethernet when available, and check whether other network activity is using the connection.
Application checks
If there is sound without picture, review the supported player or decoding options in the application. If the application stops responding, close it fully and reopen it before changing account settings.
